Post and Packing Oxford acts as a shipping and packing agent only.
We arrange postage or courier services on behalf of the customer.
Once an item is handed over to Royal Mail or a courier, delivery is subject to that carrier’s own terms and conditions. We are not the carrier.

2. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that:
Contents are legal and correctly declared
The correct service (Royal Mail or courier) is selected
Addresses and contact details are accurate
Items are properly packaged for transit
Customs information (if applicable) is truthful and complete
We accept no liability for delays, loss, confiscation, or fines resulting from incorrect information or prohibited items.

Packing services may be provided on request
Fragile items are sent at the customer’s risk unless additional insurance is purchased

4. Insurance & Liability

5. No Refunds After Dispatch

6. Prohibited Items – Royal Mail
Items sent via Royal Mail must comply with Royal Mail’s own prohibited and restricted items list.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance.
Post and Packing Oxford accepts no liability for items refused, delayed, or destroyed by Royal Mail.

7. Prohibited Items – Courier Services (UPS, DHL Express & DPD)
The following items must not be sent via courier services:
Parcels
Explosives, fireworks, ammunition
Flammable, toxic, corrosive, or hazardous goods
Aerosols or gas canisters
Drugs or controlled substances
Weapons (including knives, guns, tasers, pepper spray)
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Cash, jewellery, precious metals, high-value watches
Perishable food or liquids
Live or dead animals, plants, or seeds
Human remains or ashes
Medical or hazardous waste

8. Prohibited Items – Documents (Courier Services Only)
When using UPS, DHL Express, or DPD document services, documents must NOT contain:
Passports or visas
Residence permits
Birth, marriage, or death certificates
National ID cards or driving licences
Credit or debit cards
Cash, cheques, or bonds
Tickets with monetary value
Legal deeds or share certificates
Sending these items as documents is entirely at the customer’s risk.
